At Sunset Rugs, while we do not offer a money back refund, we do offer an exchange on stock items.
If your product needs to be returned the customer must pay all shipping cost to have it returned to us and the exchange item returned to them.
All products must be inspected upon receiving them and if there is an issue with sizing or a manufacture fault we must be notified within seven days of receiving the goods.
If there is a manufacture fault we will either repair or replace the item with another of the same item.
Any item returned to us must be in clean unused condition and in the original packaging.
If we do decide to give the buyer a money back refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price and the balance refunded.
We do not manufacture the winter canvas, the manufacturer is Wax Convertors who are located in Melbourne.
If there is an issue with your winter canvas you must contact Wax Convertors directly as they warranty their canvas.
If you have supplied measurements for your rug or had custom colours or embroidery added we will not exchange those items whatsoever.
All embroidery must either be written on the order form or emailed to us, no responsibility will be taken for mistakes on embroidery that have not been supplied in a hard copy.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
